Purpose of the Feature
A Rental Intake occurs at the end of a completed rental. When a rental item or items are returned back to your inventory, you "Intake" those items to indicate they have been returned.
The Rental Intake Logs section in the Admin Dashboard provides a listing of all the historical rental intakes.
What It Is Used For
The Rental Intake Logs section is primarily used to update existing basic intake information if required.
How to Use the "Rental Intake Logs" Feature
Step 1: Locate the Rental Order
- Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Rentals > Rental Intake Logs.
- Use the search bar to find the rental order:
- Search by Order ID, Product SKU, Admin Username, or Intake Date.
- Select the appropriate order from the results.
Step 2: Review the Rental Order details or Intake Log
- Click any Order ID to view the full order details
- Click any Row to open and view the Order Intake record
